Both my six month program and three month program offer the same commitment to working with you to reach your goals, work through issues that hold you back, and celebrate your accomplishments. The only difference is the time you wish to commit to reaching your goals.
Kick-off your Courage program – This program lasts six months, which may sound like a long time, especially in our fast paced, instant results lifestyle that we are living. Studies have shown that six months is the time it takes to break old habits and develop new ones.
- Bi-Monthly 50-minute Skype sessions
- E-mail support between sessions (when you feel stuck and need a boost of love and encouragement)
- Resources and recipes that are healthy and simple to prepare
- Coaching and support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want
- Simple but informative handouts that will increase your nutrition knowledge
- My 100% personal commitment to your health and success
Recharge your Courage program – This program lasts three months and you’ll have the same lifestyle changes as the “Kick-off your Courage” program, but it gives you the option to work with me for a shorter time frame.
A Taste of Courage consultation – One-time 90 minute session
Fear is the most significant thing that prevents us from living our lives.
In this 90 minutes session, you’ll have the space to share with me what holds you back from what you are preparing to embark on. I’ll be there for you to help your thoughts become clearer and organized with great tips and strategies that will get you to the place you want to be.
