As a holistic health coach I deeply believe that our body is more than the sum of its parts, which means that different factors in our daily lives are all connected. Some of these factors could be a stressful job or low self-esteem that leads to over eating, low energy or lack of sleep. Any of those factors can prevent us from being able to exercise or stay focused.
Throughout our lives, we try different kinds of diets that we are just unable to stick with. We rely on trendy ‘life changing’ diet books, which are missing one crucial part: the individual. Yes, that is – YOU. We are all beautiful human beings each designed differently and there is no perfect way of eating for everyone – one person’s food can be another person’s poison.
As we partner together, we will take a closer look at how all the parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun, and rewarding.
